Description
IPMS/USA, the United States Branch of the International Plastic Modelers' Society, is the world's largest modeling organization with approximately 200 local chapters across the US. A non-profit organization, IPMS/USA's motto is “By Modelers, For Modelers.”

Founded in 1964, IPMS provides opportunities for modelers to meet others with similar interests, improve their skills, and work together to grow the modeling hobby. The National Office of IPMS/USA provides a variety of services for our individual Members and Chapters including our bi-monthly Journal, a great website with many links to modeling information, the coordination of hundreds of contests at local, regional, and nation levels, and a National Program (Make ‘N Take) to promote modeling for youngsters.
