Easily clean up a 3-D part

More folks are making parts with their 3-D printers, and I’ve noticed that the parts, and models, often have threads poking from the end after a machine’s run. It’s a lot like flash on a styrene kit.

Here’s how I clean up a part: Prime it and use a sharp hobby knife blade to carefully remove the threads before assembly. It’s that simple.
