Stark Scale Model Show

Say cheese! Car modelers gather in the spring for this seminal contest

In honor of the 250th anniversary of the American Declaration of Independence, Glenn Marek built a 1/24 scale 1986 Porsche 956 in star-spangled livery. The base colors are Tamiya White and Testors Blue with Speedline decals for the stripes and stars. Glenn placed more than 40 of those stars individually and did so without any major accidents.

On April 18, 2026, the Stark Scale Modelers Club held its 13th annual scale model car show at Tuslaw High School in Massillon, Ohio. A judged contest, first, second, and third place in each category was decided, along with People’s Choice selections. Don’t miss the wide range of auto models on offer this year, including junior entries and some extremely cool kitbashed replicas!
