Bob Huard’s chopped, fenderless AMT 1/25 scale ’40 Ford Sedan Delivery makes a smooth canvas for the metallic purple finish. It got 3D-printed spoked wheels from American Model Products and real leather trim inside.

Though it’s more of an art than a sport, scale modelers gathered at the Macomb Community Sports and Expo Center in Warren, Michigan on November 10, 2024, for the Motor City NNL scale model contest and show. Here’s a selection of models that made it to the show.
