Every year, the best figure modelers and painters from the United States and around the world gather on Chicago’s northwest side for the Military Miniatures Society of Illinois show and contest. The subjects range from historical and military figures and vehicles to the fantastic. FSM Associate Editor Aaron Skinner hit the road to shoot the models, but there were too many to fit in the gallery in the April 2014 issue.
