Doon’t look It’s clear Robert put a ton of work into Blackheart’s 1/2 scale bust of Stheno, one of the three Gorgon sisters from Greek mythology. He airbrushed acrylics for her face , snakes, and stone-cold stare.

FineScale Modeler visited and shot photos at the the Military Miniature Society of Illinois miniature figure contest in Schaumburg, Illinois. This year, hundreds of fantastic painted military figures, dioramas, and scale model vehicles graced the tables. The contingent of fantasy and sci-fi figures and models continues to grow, too.
