This year, Bill eschewed the race cars and customs and went full-on military with his HobbyBoss 1/35 scale KrAZ-255B. He painted this 6×6 behemoth with colors from Mission Models and weathered it with washes, pigments, and colored pencils from AK Interactive and Ammo by Mig Jimenez.

On Sunday, May 22, 2022, the RPM Model Club hosted the NNL North model car show in Bloomington, Minnesota. Modelers from Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa brought the projects they’ve been working on, including dioramas, race cars, big rigs, dragsters, gassers, and even 1/35 scale military vehicles. FineScale Modeler photographed a selection of favorites from the show tables.
