Scale armor and military vehicle builders from across North America gathered in South Bend, Indiana, April 11-13 for the annual convention of the Armor Modeling and Preservation Society and brought their best military vehicle models. There were hundreds of tanks, armored cars, trucks, jeeps, figures, and even a great showing of futuristic combat vehicles on display. Enjoy this gallery from the event!

Military vehicles of all shapes and sizes crowd the tables
St. Charles, Illinois
To model a current Ukrainian main battle tank, Scott improved a Trumpeter 1/35 scale T-64BM “Bulat” with tow cables from Eureka and a dowel in place of the kit unditching log. He started the camouflage with Tamiya RAF Dark Green followed by post-shading layers of Dark Green lightened with Yellow Green and very thin straight chromate green.
