Sean Brzozowski proudly displayed a Gambody 1/16 scale ED-209 from the 1987 movie “Robocop.” He 3D printed the model, assembled it, added wires to the right arm’s machine gun, and painted the model with AK Interactive 3G acrylics. Decals were supplied from his spares.

Every year, the Twin Cities Aero Historians, Minnesota Military Figure Society, RPM Model Club, and OMG Modelers partner to organize NordicCon. The event, which features both a scale model contest and exhibition, once again found a home at the Veterans’ Memorial Community Center in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, on Sept. 21, 2024. FineScale Modeler was there, and we had a heckuva time picking the models we wanted to show you. Have fun viewing these excellent scale replicas from some of the Midwest’s premiere modelers.
