Cherry Garcia’s dreamy AMT 1/25 scale 1960 Starliner could not be passed up. Those fades are courtesy of careful masking and airbrushed automotive and House of Kolor paints, followed by wet-sanding and polish.

Roger Karker finished an AMT 1/25 scale McLaren M16C/D as Bobby Allison’s No. 16 ride in 1975 for Penske. He installed an aftermarket engine and turbo, painted Tamiya Bright Red over white primer, and detailed the engine with a black wash.
Pablo Maida converted a Revell 1/25 scale 1948 Ford woody into a four-wheel drive into an off-roading monster! In addition to the off-road accessories, he painted with Tamiya and Vallejo acrylics, chipped paint with the hairspray method, and weathered with pigments and artist oil washes.
“If I owned a 1956 Chevy Nomad, this is how it would be,” Armando Flores said. Inspired by David “Teen Angel” Holland, Armando decorated his Revell 1/25 scale Nomad with roses, installed custom lights, reversed the hinges for suicide doors, and decorated the interior with crushed velvet.
