“Sole Survivors” is the title of Charles’ Alien diorama. He combined a NY3DCreations figure of Ellen Ripley and the Nostromo’s cat, Jonesy, with a base scratchbuilt using PVC and plastic with a flashing red warning light.  To enhance the figure, he detailed the flame unit and added a microphone. The model was painted with Tamiya acrylics and weathered with pastels.
