Bill modeled Atlantis’ 1/24 scale Groovy Grader mostly out of the box except for drilling out the exhausts. He painted the show rod with Tamiya Yellow and Chrome Yellow and applied decals from his spares. He says the modified road grader is, “The craziest thing I have ever seen.”
