Raiden Cowan wanted to build a period-correct, early-’70s lowrider and went with an AMT 1/25 scale 1966 Buick Riviera to do it. First, he dressed up the interior with crushed velvet and foam biscuit tuck upholstery. Outside, he custom mixed a “green pearl” color and then masked patterns by hand. Catch that cool concrete look at the center of the panels! When he was finished, Raiden encased his work under glass-like 2K clear.
