Bob Gagne started with an Ertl 1/25 scale Paystar 5000 dump truck, which he converted into a semi truck tractor, installed a headache rack, custom dual exhaust stacks, and full rear fenders. It took him a month to build, and Bob finished with spray paints delivered directly from the cans.
