Recently, as I was running short of display shelves, I looked at a picture hanging on a wall and wondered if I could use a picture hanger to mount a plane. I inserted a paper clip in an opening under the model and it worked great. On tail draggers, a paper clip can be bent, wrapped around the tail gear, and then closed back up. I haven’t tried it yet, but I think using two hooks, you could hang it by both main gear legs.
