Photoetched-metal hinges, such as those on found on some tank fenders, must be rolled into a cylinder so that a pin fitted through the cylinders secures the hinge. To form the cylinder, I super glue a straight pin or other small piece of wire to the end to be rolled, and roll the piece to form the cylinder around the pin. Then, I use debonding agent to soften the bond and pull the pin free. Sure beats trying to hold the piece against a cylinder while rolling the part.
