You might want to add one more tool to your workbench — an electric screwdriver with a keyless chuck. You can get the chuck at a hardware store; it holds small drill bits and fits right into the screwdriver. The electric screwdriver has a low rpm, so you drill the plastic without melting it. It’s great for drilling portholes without getting repetitive-motion syndrome or going nuts!
