Music dies, leaves wealth of parts

The six-disc CD player in my truck gave up the ghost recently and was replaced. Wanting to get the disks trapped inside, I took the unit apart and found many small springs, gears, motors, fasteners and shafts that would be useful in scratchbuilding various scenes like a motor rebuild or a factory ruin. It only took an hour with small Phillips and flat screwdrivers and pliers to recycle dozens of great items, including four small electric motors. A stripped gear caused the malfunction, so I assume the motors are in working order.
