No-bleed canopy masking

Having screwed up any number of canopies, I decided to adapt a tip that I read about sealing masks for camouflage.

In this case, I mask the clear areas of a canopy, burnishing the tape and leaving the frame exposed. But before painting the frame, I apply a light coat of Pledge Future floor polish overall. This seals the edges of the masking tape, producing clean lines without paint bleeding underneath the tape — and the tape comes off just as easily with a toothpick.
