The next time you have blood drawn, ask the phlebotomist if you may have the wide, rubber strip used as a tourniquet. These strips are very useful when it comes to holding and gluing two halves such as a plane body or wing. Just wrap them tightly around the parts and clamp both ends. Sometimes the nurse will give you several if she knows you will use them for modeling.
