Do you have trouble masking clear parts? I know I do. But my iPod came to the rescue. First, I set the display brightness to “full” and the backlight to “always on.” Then, put masking tape over the clear part and put the part on the iPod screen. I was able to see the framework and easily cut and remove the tape from the canopy.
