A quick way to clean the intake of a siphon-feed airbrush is to take the bottle assembly, filled with the appropriate cleaner, and offer it up to the airbrush’s intake, just shy of inserting it. Spray as usual and the cleaner will swipe the lip and walls of the intake without having to use a swab or brush. This is really handy if you are changing colors during a painting session. Of course, at the end of the session, a full cleaning of the airbrush is warranted.
