I had heard the term Salt Chipping before but had not gotten into it. This was a good presentation. I feel I understand the process and some of the possibilities. As is true in many modeling techniques planning seems to be a key element in the preparation. I like the idea of being able to control the location of the salt by the placement of the water. I tried wet paper masking about 45 years ago and liked how it worked. I like the minimum waste aspect. thanks

Thanks, Aaron, for the seasoning tips! I have a (some?) future B-26 projects depicting 3rd Wing Korean War airplanes, black night intruders heavily weathered with extensive white streaks along the sides of nacelles and wing surfaces. Great ideas!
