Good discussion on the editorial priority setting and direction for selecting content for the magazine. I suspect it is not an easy job finding balance for the content of the magazine. Your willingness to receive, review and perhaps publish unsolicited stories strikes me as refreshingly democratic. While print publications face many challenges, for me the most important priority is to protect the print product. If FSM was to move to an on-line format only it would be a disaster. Reading is as tactile as it is visual and there is something comforting about sitting down and flipping through an issue of the magazine. I am currently re-reading 2015 editions of the magazine, having started with Issue #1. I have relied on the CD versions of the magazines for those years I don't own, but from 2007 on I am relying on my carefully stored analog versions of FSM (though again I have many of these issues also on CD). Keep up the great work! If you need editorial assistance for content, hopefully Aaron will put the call out in his editorial space.
