Ned,

The book is 144 pages so it's a little more expensive than some of our previous offerings.

And worth every penny if I do say so myself.

Cheers, Aaron

Oh, I remembered the third thing. Back in '82 when that Air Florida flight you mentioned crashed, I had a job that had me traveling all the time. My colleagues and I developed a kind of graveyard humor, since there were a rash of crashes in the 80s - the one in DC you mentioned, the one with Hawaiian Air where the roof ripped off the 737 (assuming you're old enough to remember ) and one in DFW where a wind-sheer smashed an L-1011 down from 300 feet altitude (among others). We had to find some way of getting past that while still flying almost weekly. So we joked about Air Florida, offering both Swimming and Non-Swimming seats, the Hawaiian airlines choice of "convertible" airliners - but that L-1011 - too close to home (that flight was one I took from Atlanta to Dallas several times a month, including the very next day, also in an L-1011). The closest I came was an OLD joke about Hartsfield/Atlanta airport - "In the South, when you die, before you go to heaven or hell you go to Hartsfield." But I'd love to get decals off all three of those airlines, to remind me of a time when it seemed having a traveling job meant living life on the edge ... sigh.

Three things. First, I want that autographed copy. But why $25 instead of the $21.95 your books have been forever? Next, what happened to your great commercials and special insert goodies? I miss your creativity (love the reviews, but you got me hooked on the rest of it). Finally, not all of us love PE - please tell your kit-providers to include PE as an alternative to plastic - otherwise I'll go blind while losing small parts and stabbing myself with bigger parts. Actually, when I started I had three things, but couldn't remember the third, so I just threw in that PE thing to make it three. Memory is the second thing to go ...

Aaron and Elizabeth - great job on the kit reviews. "Keep em" coming! USS Alaska and M113 kits are impressive - would be nice to have detailed engine for the M113.

this comment is about Hasagawa 1/35 offering . if i'm not mistaken these kits were released back in the '70's. What comic book were models from ? I'm sure a lot of other people would like to know for when they are building them they would be able to look them up.

Another great video! You are doing a great job showcasing these kits. Aaron mentioned getting a signed copy of his new book - How can I get that? :-)

Still not getting a picture, the video at least ran before I logged in. Now it just runs a few seconds and stops, and still no picture.

So close, through most of your review you referred to the ACAV track as an M 1-1-3, then you fell off the wagon and said M one hundred and thirteen. I rode a 1-1-3A1 for 3 years in the 70's and in all my 7+ years in Mech Infantry, I never heard M one hundred thirteen. But then that was then and this is now, so who knows right.
Keep up the good work, and start bringing Elizabeth to some shows, she should get the chance to meet her fans.
